Facts

Mission:- Anti-Shipping. Took off from RAF Swanton Morley at 10:55 hrs. hit by Flak from the minesweeper M1404 and crashed into the sea off Domberg (Zeeland), Holland. Sgt Lister is buried at Vlissingen, Holland and Sgt Porter rests in Wenduine Communal Cemetery, Belgium. Sgt Heaney has no known grave and is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
