Facts

Two Spitfire aircraft were flying in cloud whilst engaged in a patrol over Roermond, Holland when they collided. F/O. Collins was the pilot of aircraft # MK 837 and was killed when it crashed fifteen miles west of Roermond. Flying Officer Pilot Collins is buried in the Brussels Town Cemetery, Evere, Bruxelles, Belgium."
