Halifax V LK894 IP-K 434 Sqn Operation: Mönchengladbach. Take off 23.48 Tholthorpe. Believed to have crashed at Kessenich (Limburg, Belgium). All were buried at St.Truiden on 2 September, but their graves are now in Heverlee War Cemtery.
