Lancaster takes off from Linton-on-House (York) to 17:30 on 20 December. On the return flight, to 5500m, they are attacked by a four they think another Lancaster. The body of French Allan Wright (browser) and Roy William "Billy" Heaton (upper gunner) were found around the remains. They are both based in Heverlee War Cemetery near Leuven / Louvain, Belgium.
