Belgians having flown with Royal Air Force during WWII

As soon as the Germans invaded Belgium, many Belgians tried to join England in order to continue the fight while the Belgian army had surrendered, and the soldiers had been taken prisoner and deported to Germany.

It was therefore soldiers and civilians who arrived in Britain in the first months of the war. Among these young volunteers, many enlisted in the Royal Air Force. Most were integrated into the 350 Squadron, while others were integrated into other RAF units.

We decided to pay tribute to them by publishing several lists concerning them:

Belgian Airmen fallen in action
Belgian SOE and IS Agents fallen during their mission

By this, we remember them
