Facts

Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV L8734 (YH-P) 21 Squadron, RAF: Written off (destroyed) when lost (failed to return) from combat operations over Northern France, 25 May 1940. Two of the three crew killed, one survived to be captured and taken as a PoW.
Blenheim L8734 was airborne at 15:30 hrs from RAF Watton, Norfolk, to bomb the strategic bridge at Lys. Cause of loss not established, but probably shot down by Flak/AAA. Crashed at Kezelberg, near Moorsele (West-Vlaanderen), 8 km South South West of Roeselare, Belgium. As stated above two crew killed, onr survived to be taken as a PoW
