Shot down by an Me 262 flown by Fw. Seeling of Erprobungs Kommando Lärz at 13.45.
Crew originally buried Warnemunde New Cemetery, reinterred Neuville-en-Condroz, Belgium, as unknowns by the Americans. Then finally laid to rest Heverlee War Cemetery, Belgium.
