The Memorial to the Airmen
The Lancaster Memorial is a monument in the northern part of Luxembourg town of Weiswampach , which was built 60 years after the Second World War in memory of the 14 Allied airmen, 13 of whom died on the spot and one who was taken prisoner by the Germans.
